This house has alot of trees around it so I didnt really get too detailed on it since it would be covered anyway. Weathering was done with chalks and pencils.
Plans are to get the poles installed on the layout tomorrow some time after church, and do some more clean-up in there. My mother is coming to visit at the end of this month and I want it to look good since I know she will want to look at it. LOL She really likes the fact that every time I go home to visit I collect dirt from different places I am modeling and add it to the layout. I think she may be a little sentimental too......
In this one, the two on the left are regular paint, the blue is the 'clear blue' and the right ones are 'clear green'. In real life the middle two closest the pole would be brown. May change them if I find a 'clear brown' later.
Got the holes drilled and the poles installed along the SP Mains.....I really like these! Next is getting some EZ Line and stringing them up.
Following the terrain with locations of poles based on photos. Some of these will still get a wood brace.
Figured I would start making a couple of these mega poles to see how they will look. Eventually some will be in the water.
