Mostly SD45's?? Is it me or do the majority of these "Rent A Wreck" locos seem to be SD 45's?? Or is it that there was a large number produced for so many years that it leaves them to the pasture tasking more than other locos?
Texas & Northeastern, Denison, TX. Actually, this is sitting on one of the station leads in front of the old MKT depot in Denison. The Indiana & Ohio's reporting marks are IORY. RailAmerica has a habit of moving power around, which is why, for example, you'll even see IORY and Georgia Southwestern (the former RA/Railtex line, not the current incantation) GP40s on the Kiamichi RR in southeastern Oklahoma.
Some are SD45s, true, but in my observation I've seen more SD40s and SD40-2s, as well as GP38-2s, in leaser service.
