Strip 'em, dip 'em and ship 'em...that's the lease fleer. Most of the rent-a-wrecks I get are some awful tired iron.
The paint indicates an older GEC/Alstom unit. It's definately built to Canadian specs. I think there's a forum somewhere you can put in a loco with the reporting marks and get a history on it. Can't remember the name though.
