That place looks familiar- when I was there this spring, I saw HCLX SDs in blue, some even leading.

Who owns the all white unit? I can't read the stencil under 3100.

I thought so, too........but there ya go. That's the cool part about rent-a-wreck leasers.

However, the coolest thing about this motive power consist to me was the third unit- a GP40 rebuilt to GP38 specs (deturboed, derated to 2000HP, one of the radiator fans removed off the top). Unfortunately, I don't have a better pic of that unit, sorry.....

Doesn't look like a rent-a-wreck, but it IS one- the CEFX initials are barely visible on the nose of an otherwise clean diesel ( obviously non-prototypical :D ). Shot it in Denison this spring.

Looks like that second unit is an I&O. Is it also a leaser? Looks like a stencil on the cab?

That whole string of diesels is made up of leasers- the IORY GP40 (on loan from the IORY, another RailAmerica line), and the ex-SP SD45 behind it (from CEFX).
