Though not required, commenting on other peoples pictures is encouraged. 5. Only one image per participant so please choose the image carefully. 6. Any posts with images taken before the commencement of the challenge will be deleted.
I'm guessing they can be whatever your creative interpretation of "Signals" is. Could be a lone signal in the middle of the desert somewhere, could be a train flying through an interlocking...just get creative! I think I'll actually be able to participate in this one, looking forward to it.
Doug is correct the challenge is about including a signal in your photo but it doesn't have to be specifically about the signal. I will also have the opportunity to enter this one as I will be working out on site tomorrow so hopefully I will be able to get a few shots.
Great, been sunny all week and now a stupid front moved through...looks like a Sunday shot at best now. This really IS a challenge! So, 12:00 midnight Monday is actually one minute past 11:59 Sunday evening, right? Or can we take pictures all day Monday, too? EDIT: Nevermind, I just noticed last week's closed after 3am on Tuesday so that answers my question.
Serenity at Rock Island Yard An early morning fog mutes the already drury winter landscape, sans a trio of red signals protecting trackage toward downtown Dallas. Alongside, a commuter trainset and a string of RDC's await potential assignment from their lair within Trinity Railway Express' Rock Island Yard.

Sentinal of the rails Just a small position light signal. But it still protects trains. As far south as you could go on the L & I railroad. Near Louisville Union Station in Louisville,KY
