Maybe close but if you go with the Santa Fe and there orignal ATSF somewhere in there might be the answer also. The darn heat and humidty of the south warping my thinkin cap

Well, thinking too far south.... The only capitol left which is possible would be Topeka, Kansas.

Topeka is right. Well here you will find a BNSF heading west out of this city across the mississippi river. Will figure out a clue for it. The one I'm thinkin of has already been used... Good Luck.....

I have not forgotten about you all... I have been down in Dallas and then back to chicago. Went across Texas into New Mexico. All the pics that i have tried to take have the flinch or movement of the vechiles in it. When the tracks parrell the interstate alot of trains to look at but hard to get pic while drivin. Kinda of illegal have to get lucky sometimes. I am plugin away at it. Will put one up when the pic turns out decent. The last pic was the Mississippi river bridge going west out of Memphis....

Gonna guess somewhere south of Denver.
Not sure though, since I can't place location.
Could be Monument, or farther south. For all I almost know!!

Or the BNSF repair site, just north of Coors.
Just after it crosses over 10th/44th.

Yep Coors plant is rignt and they are changing out wheels. Have a whole trailer full of the stuff about 45000 lbs of beer now who brought the grill... Took awhile off from this will try to keep up, kinda hard at times. Here is one from a MRL hub. Not much snow on the ground for December. Good luck

Looks like power for an LM/ML train. L= Laurel. M= Missoula.

You are correct about the lack of snow. We have had plenty of temperatures which would provide snow. But the storms all seem to follow along the Canadian border or slide south of us. Not much of a La Nina effect at all. But they keep telling us.....

I have a pic in mind if i can find it on the trip. Going to be a short week have 2 meet that old elf in a red suit here next week... He has a tendency 2 find my wallet and i thought my misses was bad
