One of the nice parts of working from home. (Plenty of downsides, too)

Please ignore the oversized buildings as my 4 year old grandson is currently in charge of scenery as we build our layout.

The Missouri-Illinois boxcar crosses the diamonds at Hawley Junction behind WU RSC-2 3502, while a steam switcher waits patiently on the other track. That "Cushion Car" logo really stands out in a train.

March 13th 1945, First two car loads of white pine headed for Bismarck ND via GN FA1, engine # 278 A, pulling train #23 .... left Jericho Lumber siding (behind a string of gasoline empties for Sinclair refinery ) at 5:25 PDST , headed east up the 1.9% Jericho grade . Can ya smell the diesel , feel the pounding throb and hear the lonesome call of the engines horns echoing up the grade as a fresh engr and fireman settle in for a 12 hr run to Great Falls MT ...

According to my tracking number, mine left the San Francisco postal dist. center 3/13. It's not in my mailbox yet and I know it doesn't take that long to get to where I live. I haul mail for the post office and go to that dist. center every night! lol

It's not your fault. It's to do with the p.o. I ordered some DVDs from Amazon and they made it to the p.o. that works my mail. They sent it back as "undeliverable". My mail goes to a UPS Store that's in the same shopping center as the p.o. How was that "undeliverable" I'll never know. I'm patient. If it ends up being sent back, I'll pay the cost of reshipping. Not a problem.
