Ah but it's a student driver!
I got mine a good long while ago. But have no pictures yet. Need a new camera.
BTY: My trucks look brown to me.
Are these cars all sold out?
Yes. Unless the site owner has one stashed away somewhere, they were all sold.
Micro Scale makes decals for this car. It's an easy one color paint job.
Thanks for the info!
Oh yes Bah habah Maine the best next to Acadia national park , just road the down eastern to Old orchard beach, very nice beach but to bad season was over almost everything is closed , but colors are starting to change!
I'm cheating, but it made the Easter train. A fantasy car!

Finally got around to weathering and running this car. Added steel wheels and moderate chalks.
I had to replace the metal under fame on one of mine. It swelled up like it had the dreaded Zamak disease. I have never seen that before or since in a Microtrain car.
Broke these out and pulled them around in a flash from the future on my 1920's era road!
If anyone is interested, there was a guy on Facebook N Scale For Sale group yesterday that has three of these cars @ $20 each. There was a photo, and they looked right. FYI
Photobucket robbed me so I’ll repost this from the ancient archives.
So... I let the factory air out of the box about a year ago, milled the frame down, body mounted the couplers and finished it off with a few chips on the roof and some light weathering. Since the car would have only been about four years old in my era, I didn't want to over-do it.
That looks great, Joe. What weathering technique(s) did you use?
Mine is still in the box.
