I wouldn't mind seeing some of these made:

I know I'd buy a ton of them if they were produced.

The sheet-post style 53' trailer is still more popular than the more expensive dura-plate/platewall style trailer. While contract/LTL shippers use the newer style trailers, moany more like Best Buy, Staples, Target use the sheet-post trilers due to their increased rigidity and tie down options.

I'll admit I don't have any data one way or another. About 70% of the trucks I see around me are sheet-post.

The only thing that comes to mind right off the top of my head is a nice lil bobber caboose to go along with their already beautiful log cars and disconnects.

    I'll second that!

I have to say I love the fact that I can get disconnects in a package for making my own loads. I think MTL deserves some "mad props" for that.

The White River Lumber Co. #001 would be a PERFECT candidate for this!

I can get all the pictures a mfg could want since it resides about 4 miles from my house.

    Did I mention these,

Gotta love that tank to tank filler system and car length walkway with handrail.

These are SP fan must haves so MT should know that means they will sell out very quickly so make a bunch.

PS. Can I be first in line?

    I wouldn't mind a couple of those.

Micro Trains will have to hire extra employees just to go through this list.:tb-wink:

1025 coupler boxes in bulk! These would be great for converting cars with MT truck mounted couplers to body mounted. The couplers are the same in both of these. But if anyone does the SP oil cans I'd get at least 50!

I would like to see a GSC outside swinghanger-equallized caboose truck.

You have all the dimensions, why not make correct shim plates for body mounting couplers.

Since the heavyweight cars' roofs and undercarriages are separate pieces, make non-airconditioned versions. Also Harriman/round roof versions of the roofs.

How about a HW 70' baggage-mail car (either 15' or 30' mail compartment).

I am guessing that the two HW sleepers are all you intend to do, but a rebuilt HW sleeper with only one vestibule would be nice (filling in a door is hard work for bashers) I would prefer a Clover series 8-5.

How about a med shank couple in bulk packs, such as the 1002! It gets to be a pain in the you know what trying to find more than 2 single packs of these at the LHS. I only need about 30 more of them.

What about re-running some of the old steam conversion kits like 1047's?

There is a need for coupler conversion kits that are out of stock everywhere, such as the old 1021's.

Some of us "older folk" have been collecting stock and locomotives for years and are only now getting around to doing the MT conversions. Very frustrating to not be able to find the conversion kits we still need.

Side note: The Con-Cor listing in the conversion guide calls for an 1103. That should be 1101.

Nice to be able to offer input to a premier manufacturer!
