Well this is pretty crazy too... http://www.ebay.com/itm/Atlas-4707-...8a3d03&pid=100011&rk=6&rkt=10&sd=112016529470 Not sure if it is the locomotive or the shell.
I'm confused. It almost looks more like an HO item pictured. The description notes "horn hook couplers". Although will likely try to twist that as Rapidos, that used to be the description commonly used for HO X-2F couplers.
That looks like the stock photo Atlas had on their website of their N scale decorated GP30 from their decorated body section on their online store. You'd think the item you're trying to sell would sell better if you presented an actual photo of it. But I'm no salesman.
http://www.ebay.com/itm/N-Scale-N-G...851227?hash=item2c6ac4eb5b:g:lhsAAOxyMxpRsz0H Spray can cap? Maybe to a can of silver spray paint?
I won't touch anything on ebay that uses a stock photo to represent what is being sold. If there isn't an actual photo of the item for sale, I'm not interested....a great way to get scammed.
Same here. I want to see a photo of the actual item. This is either a lazy seller, or meant to deceive. No matter what, my caution lights come on.
Gotta love those incorrect paint jobs...... http://www.ebay.com/itm/KATO-CUSTOM...444932?hash=item2ef08070c4:g:WEgAAOSwxfNXOQ1- Price not too bad, but that paint job!!
Yes. The price is decent. Although when I see this kind of "customizing", I do have some small doubts about it.
If the wheel base is right, it would make for a good SW-1000 also. Done in a proper Rio Grande paint job of course!
In contrast to what we usually put up on this thread: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Model-Train...483969?hash=item1eb3053d81:g:wcsAAOSwmtJXZWWF Starting bid is/was $49.99.
One might suggest that the seller could benefit from breaking up the lot into a few smaller groups. For example, the pair of PRR F-units together, likewise for the L&N Alco FAs, the L&N F-units , maybe the remaining locos individually and then all of the freight cars as one lot.
