    We'll get him soon Ken!

Hemi- I am hoping this summer to get a lot of other building done. School just really takes up a lot of the time. So here's the formula.

    Summer = college out
college out = more time put into work thus more work hrs.
more work hours = more cash
    more cash = bigger layout!!!!
    bigger layout = more time...

its a never ending circle. But nevertheless its all fun and I hope by the end of the this summer I will have reached west to Kittitas and east to boylston. But then again that beverly bridge is tempting me!

    Superb work, Greg.

The scene is looking fantastic and I'm looking forward to seeing the foliage on the ground. I'm certain it's going to be very effective.

yes sir! It will probably take at least 12 feet of table top...maybe more if it is built to scale.

    Cool beans!
Will it be scratchbuilt, or are commercially-available kits close enough?

There is not much available as far as commecial stuff. A few things here and there will be used but will have to be modified. Otherewise I am looking at doing a good chunk of scratchbuilt stuff.

    Beverly bridge construction picture

If there is any interest, I have a photocopy of a newspaper clipping showing a steam paddle-wheel boat underneath the Beverly bridge, from the time of bridge construction.

    Milwaukee Tacoma Eastern branch

    Hi guys,
I hope I have posted this reply in the right area. I am planning on building the town of Morton, Washington on the Tacoma Eastern branch, however I have a slight problem. Since Tacoma Rail (who now operates the line) re-opened the line they have changed the original track plan in Morton. I want to build the town in the mid 1970's era, do any of you out there know where I could find the schematics of the track plan of that era?

If desired, you could start a new thread. But it's in the Milw Forum! Close enough! :D

What sort of detail do you need?

I am looking for specifically the track plan for that area. The overall appearance of the town hasnt changed much and what has changed like one of the mills I have enough photos of that area to make a good enough representation of the town of that era.

I can scan a page or two, from Milw Condensed Track Profile Book. Which books are NOT to scale. But were issued by their Engineering Department for various uses. If that might help?
