I don't know how to post a picture here, but if you go to this website perhaps I can have a helix picture for you to see. Once the mountain above it gets constructed, not even this much of the helix will be visible. The site also has some other pictures that I have taken recently.

I guess it would help if I put the website that I referred to....

right click on the image you would like to have on here...
then out of the selections you have to choose from you will see :
    INTERNET EXPLORER select COPY SHORTCUT
    NUTSCRAPE select COPY IMAGE LOCATION

then come here in one of these open windows, and then RIGHT CLICK in this window, and select PASTE

it will look something like http://www.trainboard.com/trainboard.gif

at the start of the line you paste in, put
    img src=

and enclose all the code, the http - gif with "" no spaces in all.. except the img src

then at the start of the line put a <
and finish of the line put >

thats it. simple as rebuilding a jet engine..
    HTH..

Sorry guys. I just returned to the Board and discovered that I left all of you hanging. I've been away working on the website. [IMG] My son has been pestering me to go play baseball while I have been trying to type. This leaves me with one-half brain working here and the 1/4 other trying to listen to him. (I'm only 3/4 on a good day.)
I'll be back to straighten this all out after I strike out "Mark McGuire."

I can't compete with the beautiful pics already posted but just to prove that n-scale is alive and kicking outside of US railroads I have included two of my favourite Swiss layout shots. "Variety is the spice of life"

Hey John, don't sell yourself short! Those are excellent photos, and beautiful models, and are every bit as good as the rest. [IMG]

I like Steam best, but I still have a wandering eye for those fine Diesels too!

    Great photos all!

Great pictures John, Alan I have a picture of my trackplan on my site but will post it here. I used MS paint to draw the plan but one day would like to do a better shot. I'm also in the middle of designing an extension to the layout (with the help of GATS) so stay tuned.
