I finally got the facia back up on the new extension and yard. I also got the new Yard panel cut out and panel template made as well as the new main panel cut. I am waiting on square Evergreen to make the panel lines.
I use a pre connected cable to connect the panels to the layout.

    Mike,

I hope you and Robin are feeling better.

I do like your control panel design, I am not to that point on my layout but when there will be considering your approach as it is clean and simple.

Here are some buildings I finished this morning to use in the ghost town of Oro Grande. It will be on a hillside at the location of the new cut in the middle of the layout as you come in the door. Two of these were from the old layout and four are newly done. The ghost town will have an abandon road off the main highway and some dead trees and so forth.

Well Thanks Carl but my Oro Grande will be in a different location than the real one.
You going to the NMRA meeting today at the museum downtown?
I think I will be there.

Well , I am a late bloomer last week so today I got all of the scenery done between the back track and backboard and now to weather and ballast the track there and add people and then the reach will be easier.

    Mike,

That looks good, I like it as it appears to have a lot of depth!!!!

What is the distance between the track and the back drop?

    Some superb work there Mike.

I think the Kato Unitrack Crossover switches are the cat's meow. I have one and it works "All But" flawlessley.....smooth.

It's my trackwork that leads up to it that causes me trouble.

Thanks for sharing pic's of your layout here.

I have been working on a SideTrack Models Greyhound bus depot this week and I am pleased with the results. I added the sidewalk and street as well as all the cars , bus and people but the kit is pretty nice and a fun build. I will need to do more blending into the area but here are the current results.
