Thanks CNW , I can also extend the facia out to the right some for more space outside the main line. Thanks , Mike
Thanks Karl , I have taken 2 videos but grandkids are here today so may upload on Friday. Also have taken pictures and need to do text for a tutorial on making your own length of Kato track pieces. This is to follow the Making your own Kato UniJoiners I just put on our site. Thanks , Mike
Here is the finished product. I added the team track on the left of the yard and the siding at the far end on the right for a small (on line ) industry. We have been running trains today and all the electrics and track are functioning well. Mike
Mike, The yard is looking good, however what you do on your layout always enhances it and provides inspiration for me to do something on my layout.
No, what you do is a good thing and I get to points on my layout were I need inspiration and you and others provide me with that.

Really nice work going on out there guys. Here is an area that I finally finished this weekend. It is a Walthers car shop that was bashed into 2 stalls and crane installed inside. The crane outside is a new Monroe Models kit and Gold Medal Models fencing. The concrete is Styrene and scence is set on Kato UniTrack. Mike
Great looking work with the Kato track, nice flowing look. Haven't checked the threads for photo posting, but ALL of the ballasting is done, turnouts dug back out, and operation is smooth enough to distract the builder from a lot of construction projects.
Nice indeed Mike some great work going on @ the ACTRR as usual. Thanks for sahring with us.:thumbs_up: Glen
Outstanding scene: The rail weathering is very nice. What did you use? The rust from the crane base is a great touch. Repaired panes of glass look perfect. Seeing the crane inside is over the top. Thanks
