Well with the active Atlas board shutting down for Christmas, I guess a few of us will be keeping in touch here. I see quite a few familiar faces!!!!
what ? you own a restaurant. I guess you give them good conditions for them to joke and greet you when you come in! (that's good for them since the restaurant I used to work at gave us NO working conditions...)
I don't own a restaurant,I manage the kitchen.I value what little money and sanity I have too much to want to be a owner! I think I treat the staff better than some of them deserve!
I'm glad some of our bretheren from ATLAS are checking things out over here. Maybe like me you'll find reason to keep posting here after the break is over. I'm not sure I would concider myself a refugee. I try to post here semi regularly. I have no desire to go check out other forums anywhere else (especially after some of the stuff posted on ATLAS). I really like the Rail Images Photo Album Highlight thread that runs here.

Guys while you are here take a look at the N scale topics in the forum, I'm sure there is something fo everyone. You never know you might come to like this place and not just visit the Atlas forums but visit here as well. There is an advantage of a less active forum, which is you get to know the people a little better and your topics dont get lost within the day. Don't get me wrong I use the Atlas forum as well but I also like to be able to post topics and see them still active a few days later. I must say though the topic SD90 has running about his layout on Atlas is just awesome.
