There is nothing for Sale at this website, I just used the default yahoo site builder which is made for business.

anyway here are the rest of the pics

    Jürg,
Yes I recently got a laser, as many of you folks don’t know I live close to Robert's place and we meet often as a part of BAZ group. I saw his laser and it was awesome what he could do with it. Initially I kept thinking there is no way I am going to spend that much $$ to buy a laser, then more and more I met him I was convinced I cannot live without one, and after much deliberation and talking to Rob decided to get one. No regrets, it is one of the best tool for this hobby. Lucky for me Wife OK’d it too

Yes, great job Kim! What you guys don't know about Kim is that his microelectronics work far surpasses his eye for excellence in Z Scale modeling!

Kim made the house with the opening garage door, garage light that turns on and off with a timer syncrhonized to the door, and cars that back in and out of the garage independantly of each other. I took it to the Z Scale convention to display in Columbus last summer, so some of you may have seen it.

Kim has also installed sound decoders with speakers in Z Scale cars, and had installed flicker free lighting inside passenger cars, complete with passengers. No details left behind in Kim's work! [IMG]

    Welcome to Trainboard Kim!

    Hello Kim

The Truck is a "Buessing Truck" from Limized and the Motorcycle is from Thomas Mecklenburg (but he's no longer in business).

    Kimvellore,

I am just wondering if it is possible for you to post a photo or two of your laser machine.
Is it easy to use and how big is your machine?
I guess it must have to be hook up to a PC, right?
Does it come with software to load into your PC?
And how much does it cost?

    Thanks
    Tsa

Time permitting, I am working on a project I had planned many months ago. This weekend I am airbrushing loco & rollingstock shells. Priming the brass shell of a C44-9, Painting an undec. GP35 white & red, and re-painting a caboose in a violet/pink color.

The only photos I have so far are those of the GP35 in White & Red. I will be creating custom decals for the sides. This particular project came into being before 2005 NTS when MTL posted a January 2006 release of the Happy Birthday GP35. Although the colors of the GP were not appealing, I planned on re-painting several of the Happy Birthdya Boxcars to match all of the balloons on the side. Their are 8 total balloons. I am painting the Happy Birthday Train to match as close as possible each color of balloons. Red GP35, Orange Boxcar, Yellow Boxcar, Green Boxcar, Lt Blue Boxcar, Dk Blue Boxcar, Purple Boxcar, and a Violet/Pink Caboose.

Here are the photos of the GP so far!

Will post more photos of both projects progress!

Here is the C44 brass shell

Tim, your work looks very well. I bought the Happy Birthday Cars for my son but I'm a little angry because MTL doesen't release the GP35 in this scheme. I can not understand why they are selling a lot of cars and promised on their Website an upcoming matching Diesel and then they cancelled the GP35 without any explanation.

Yeah Tim! You finally got the paint off the C44. I can't wait to see the repaint. You know, I kinda like the plain brass.

I have made 2 versions of Happy Birthday Decals. If you want, I can make you a set if you plan on painting a Undec GP35. I'll post photos later after I have applied decals! Let me know then!

Very nice Robert! :D Are those other two scratch made? I noticed that TNT's web site says that they are currently unavailable. Regardless they look great!

Yes, I scratchbuilt them by photos. Still need a lot of work, but I need 2 more elevators to finish the scene, so I will rough them in before painting and finishing them all. I want the module to look like one of those Alberta towns with several elevators on the same track.

    Robert,

Fricken Awesome!!! You had mentioned the grain elevators in chat today! They look real good in a row. Beware! Posting such photos will only get you in trouble! More Kits to make!!!!! :D

Just when things start to slow down, Wham!!! Lazing more kits! But that's a good thing!

    Keep up the great work!
