Hi John, Just selling some stuff off. Not the 10 wheeler. Giving myself some time off from Z for a while. Dealing with some health issues. Need the money. That sort of thing. And yes, the Northern Division is about to go! Moving on to new things while I can. Cheers, Jim CCRR
Jim, Glad you still have the 10 wheeler. It was a fun challenge to build. Please contact me if you ever decide to part with it just cause I have a special connection with it since I built it. We all need a rest from the hobby every once in awhile to rejuvenate ourselves. I know that one personally. I wish you all the best and a quick recovery. Get well soon! You crack me up! Sitting still long enough to complete a layout while always churning new ideas. I will miss the Northern Division, as I miss your others. But art is an ever evolving thing. And you are an artist! I wish you all the best my friend! John
cabeese Here is what is on my work bench. Three vans to complete with grabs, decals, trucks and couplers. cheerz Garth
Repainting my ex-UP GP35. Still a lot of work to be done but it takes shape. http://www.trainboard.com/grapevine/showthread.php?t=121047&page=2 Dom
Garth good looking cabeese! Dom, the GP is taking shape. I need to get to work on some projects myself.
Finally I am back in production Finally, after several years without any model railroad activity I have started to build a new Zmod-module. It will contain a big trestle and the production of it has left the drawingboard and entered the building table. Read more here: http://www.platelayer.com/project-blog.aspx
Svein, that is going to look very sweet! All that after a 2 year break! Great stuff. You are right John, I got to get to work! I got that RSL cape house kit waiting. I think I will work on it this weekend. Maybe put it on my roundy.
Hi Svein-Martin, You are lucky to have someone nearby with access to a laser! That will speed up the trestle construction. Looking forward to see the finished trestle.
I'm still alive too! I have been doing some work lately. Progress is slooooooooow but i am in no hurry! I don't think i have shared any photos of my latest layout attempt, so here i go! I am planning to have 2 trains running at the same time by some kind of computer program, or just run it with my powercab. Svein Martin and Torsja, we need to meet and talk trains someday!
I really like that Kibri factory Yes, we must meet. We are planning a Zmod-meeting in september in Drammen, hopefully. Bring with you yourself and your modules.(or only yourself):tb-biggrin: Long time since I have seen you. I have been out of the hobby for some years, but I'm back again!:tb-biggrin: I really like this Kibri Factory. Nice work and the best of this kit I have ever seen on any photo before. Continue with the good work, young man.
