Kind of a surreal looking pic, almost like the steam from the loco is forming the clouds overhead!
We were all standing out of the rain under a freeway overpass that crossed over the tracks at that point.
A heavy rain had just passed, when I grabbed this photo. Good grief. Forty plus years ago. Port of Tacoma GE 110 tonner #705 was busy moving cars around the facility:
