Call me 37...I like these ideas!
The cars you’re referring to are actually prototype. American Refrigerator Transit (ART) was ajoint venture of MP and Wabash, and later of MP and N&W. As such, the cars carried logos for ART andthe parent roads, and reporting marks including “ART,” “ARMN,” and “MODX.”
Wow, this thing is brewing pretty good. 37 in just a few hours with not much promotion. Keep it up folks and we can make this one a go.
Make mine 38......
I like getting at least two of everything so put me down for 39 and 40!
I'd also prefer something a bit more modern, but, in any case, I'll take #41!
42 will do for me.
Veeeery interesting. Thanks for the heads-up.
I am in, good ol Richard Petty #43!
I'm in for number 44!
I'll take #45
46 right here. Possibly 47 too depending on when the ordering window is and how much spare change I have lying around
#48 for me. By the way, shall we start a new thread for pics of the first car in their new homes or add onto the other thread?
Charlie already did: http://www.trainboard.com/grapevine...HOW-US-YOUR-MISSOURI-ILLINOIS-SPECIAL-RUN-CAR!
I guess that this makes me #49
I'll make it 50.
A MT modern tanker would be my preference- not the old one.
Wow, 50 in less than 24 hours. If we can get it up to 150 in the next three or four days we are in business.
51 and 52 for me down under please.
Any idea of the era of this car?
I'd go fot something modern
