Does it have a be real? Or even a real model? This is a laser ray-traced rendering I did a few years ago of a proposed layout scene based loosely on Galveston. Russel Straw's picture made me think of it. I have finally started on the Galveston causeway scene for the layout, but not the scene in the night rendering.
Maybe I need to check that topic out.... Not toally dark, as you can see the sun, but it was snowing so hard at East Portal last friday, that it was nearly dark...

Chicago Union Station. January 15, 1990. A tricky place to shoot with bright lights and dark shawdows. Exposure will be off somewhere.
More light streaks. Northeast Corridor. October 25, 1998. My notes indicate that this is east (north) of New Haven, Connecticut. The catenary is new and not yet operational.
