I'd planned on selling a handful of items on eBay this year that would result in being burdened by this mess. I've decided to not sell anything for now and hope that this revision to the tax code is rescinded or revised later this year. If it's still in place at this time next year, I'll figure out what I want to do then.

In a sense they already do. I pay monthly garbage, recycle, water and sewer bill. TP is in there. Richard
