I found my coyotes! Added some to the desert module of San Felipe Here, we see one looking into the wash and here is a one looking out over the tracks, towards San Felipe
The houses next to the Silicon Valley Station have been finished. Here is the one closer to the station entrance. The family is enjoying a warm late afternoon, scrubbing the dogs
Next door, the kids are washing the vintage car While grandmom sweeps the porch Here's a shot of both houses, looking back at the station
This is one way to pick apricots! More traditional way as the family puts in a hard afternoon's work.
An A&W at the intersection of the old road This area is still under construction - won't be completed for a bit, and certainly not for this coming weekend's show. A Hamm's beer truck, and a '59 Fairlane. Must be in a time warp
This older section of town will be built up slowly. Have simply placed the A&W and Downtown Deco building for now (and will for show). Here, the crew is working on the giant pothole that formed. It really did, and so rather than redoing the street, I turned it into something for the scene
The station is a very busy place this afternoon, with commuters coming and going This one guy looks very confused, can't remember where he parked his car, I guess Lots of folks still on the platforms
Looking back over the right parking lot, towards the houses The railroad shack in the area between the platform and the freight line And, like any good station, a guy playing music, looking for donations
To the left side of the station, there is still some "wild" area, with native oaks and even a few grazing deer
At the far left, new industry is going in or, maybe it is really old industry... wonder if the offices will be bigger on the inside? Gallifrey Tech is going in next to the overpass The survey crew is very busy Lone shot of a railroad pickup entering the area between the station and the freight line
Some amazing work there Rick! All the little nuances are in place and make it so interesting to look at. After you finish with Georges scenery, I could use some help too.
Is that a large Ferris wheel, sitting in the background? Can't wait to see it detailed out and placed on the layout. Looking good. Great game in progress does anyone know the score? Naw, are they getting ready to plant a garden? Survey crew! More Track Rick. Knew it!
Just my version of the London Eye. LOL I was really at a loss for what to do with that space, so decided what the heck, a construction site at the beginning! I will see if I can find any decent heavy equipment to also include.
That is the Woodland Scenics A2175 set. They were included in one of their big economy sets I bought.
Very nice Rick; have you been able to catch the mini episode 'The Night of The Doctor' online? It reveals who John Hurt's 'Doctor' is and where he fits in the timeline - as River says 'Spoilers!' Counting the days to 23.11.13 - The Day of The Doctor
