This layout holds a spot in my heart since it is based on Pennsylvania. I hope you can get the creative juices flowing again!
The industrial/paper mill area is not changing much. Just need to change a few sidings and build the structures to fit them. The grade was a little over 3% on a S curve, trains would almost stall at the top. I have a WS 2% grade kit, going to try that out, and might be relaying the yard to meet up with the new grade etc.
