    Railroaders can be a creative bunch. Witness this former TP&W RS-11 converted to a snowplow. I found it at Donovan IL in service on the Kankakee, Beaverville & Southern on 10/26/1990.

    Some of these pics are absolutely amazing. Many predate dig photo. Are u guys using film scanner or flatbed and photo print?

    Those three vehicles on the right look somewhat familiar. A long long time ago, I worked on the relocation of Philly's Frankford Elevated to it's present location. The job was long, so they had that type of vehicle (they called it a jitney) to shuttle equipment and workers from one end to the other. I remember that it was run by an operating engineer, as per union rules. Those look enclosed. Ours had a roof but open sides.
