This ain't PRSL, it is Pennsylvania Railroad, which never had any RDCs. PRSL did have them, Jerry LaBoda's old website does not show any PRSL RDC-2s. The text of this auction is worth reading for the entertainment value, alone.

The eighty banana price tag is really something, when you consider that Kato had a hard time paying people to take its far better RDCs.

    EXTREMELY RARE

........terrible photographs, looks like a rather poor re-lettering job, but can not tell from photographs. For fifty bananas per car, he could give us some more and better photographs.

That's just it. If the seller were to provide better photographs, then there would be no doubt about the "quality" of the re-lettering job.

Two comments: I think the photos may have been taken through the boxes--resulting in poor focus and note the silver Rapido coupler on one end of the diner.

Looking at his items for sale, move the decimal one to the left. Then he's about at typical train show prices: $13 for MTs, $5 for a kit. Still, I would never pay $30 for a hunk of resin, let alone $300.

I'll agree with you on the SP ALCO however, I think it is in the Incorrect JEWEL CASE. And does this mean I can post my FOUR ATLAS / ROCO Atlas/Roco (Austria) EMD F9A for $300+ ? Lol .

Don't stop there. Go for it all. $500.00, $1000.00, or...?
