Now, wait a minute. This very forum claims Bachmann is NOT crappy! But, just like the old Dodge in the barn..."ran when parked"...but it will take ten grand to make it do so again. I am particularly impressed with the seller's ability to fit rails into joiners for photography purposes.....
I don't think anyone will argue that Bachmann USED to be crappy. They have since decided to make good quality products and continue to do so, but any engine that they make where the coupler is attached to the trucks is more than likely crap.
Well, based upon too much experience....I would probably tend to say any engine with wheels in the truck is.....but, hey, that's what happens when you work on them and see them more frequently.

I did some searching. It appears to be a bunch of people are using a wrong picture. That model number is supposed to be wireless. For 'unbeatable sales', it was also easy to find better prices.
