What manufactures out there produce modern Z scale diesel engine facility equipment (engine house, work shed, sand house, sand tower, etc)? John Bartolotto
Oh, man!! The name is on the tip of my tongue, ummmm, Micro-xxxxxx somethin', (not Micro-Trains, but another manufacturer), sorry.
Jeff - Thanks! Good to be back in the States. Taking some time to get used to the culture again. Robert - I checked the Ztrack website, nothing. What computer milled styrene modern Z scale diesel engine facility equipment did you mean? John
John, Welcome back home to CONUS ! ! ! ! ! Now remember those roads are Interstates and Expressways not AUTOBAHNS ! ! ! ! MSgt Robert Toole, USAF Ret C-5 Loadmaster Hemet, Zo Cal
John, I believe the only true modern diesel facility is in one of Jeff's modules. Others are just adoptations of European designs. Are you thinking of offering a modern American diesel facility.
tisk-tisk John, You of all people!! I am ashamed to call you enemy, so I will call you Friend! :tb-biggrin: Hobo Tim
Robert - Ah, OK, I see what you're talking about now the Luetke Modellbahn 74505 Tool shed and telecommunication booths and 74502 Tutzing signal box (tower). Its a start but still lacking. Jeff - Saw the TrainCat Engine Service Platforms, nice. Robert Toole - You are so right! Driving on the US Interstates is boring!!! It can be challenging watching out for the "I don't have to signal when I change lanes while I am texting, eating my Big Mac and smoking" type of drivers. John
Hello John, Try http://www.mbz-modellbahnzubehoer.de/ and download their 13 woo woo woo catalogue. MBZ produces laser cut cardboard models and has the largest choice in Z Scale Buildings based on German prototype. Quality is great. Best, Ysbrand www.z-werk220.nl
Welcome back to CONUS, John. We'll have to get the gang together soon. Greenbergs does a show in Fredericksburg now and in the Spring we do the Boy Scouts hosted show in Dale City. Are you at that 5 sided place now? Randy
