I am a little confused now on what's going on at the logging area. It looks like the switchback has morphed into two facing spurs and one trailing spur (assuming your locomotive is pointed up-hill).
I'm not sure which track plan you are referring to but the logging area on all plans shown to date were only meant to be impressionistic, thus showing that a logging area existed. Specifics like track direction, etc... were never added. In any case, as mentioned previously, the track plan has been abandoned in favor of expanding the room and making space for a larger layout, necessitating the need for an entirely new track plan.
