Looks like a repaint of a B&O caboose to me...... EJ&E steel caboose, a long way from Joliet, IL. A B&O "wagontop" stuck behind the shops. An ex-Illinois Central caboose in the colors of the defunct Indiana Hi-Rail. Not sure what IBCX stands for...
