I can't view who is online?

The board won't let me access "Who's Online". Any admins (or members) have an explanation for that! Totally weird! Is my access restricted or something?

 

If you click on this icon and scroll down to the "What's Going On?" section you will see who are the current active users.

So I can't do it by Who's Online? Weird.

 

I don't think there are any restrictions on this end. It works on mine. Perhaps it's a software incompatibility with your particular setup? Someone who knows the vBulletin software better might be able to answer this.

 

I just use Firefox, so I shouldn't have any problems. I'll try it again.

 

I logged out and back in again then tried it a third time.

I still get:
