I have windows 98 Second Edition on a 533 AMD K6, and it seems to run well enough. It gets really mad at me when I try to play games though, so I won;t be doing that anymore. My roommate is going to have to find a new stress relief, or I am going to have to figure out the settings.

98 2nd Edition seems to be "The good one"

95 you need to reload every 95 days...at least that is what my uncle says, and he is deep in rebuilding 486s and such. I will never understand.

Hey all, I found a book for Natalie that has European and American locomotives in it....the American locos are from the book "Morth American Trains, and that is a very informational book. I need to send it to wales and I was hoping you would have some idea on what type of good info but lightweight book (paper back preferably) that you may know about, thanks all!

Clayton, I am too I hated to hear that when she told me! And then like a week or 2 latter mine desides to go "crash" too!!!! But I'm sure one here she'll be back online... Thank God this isn't a internet relationship type thing! :D She had the interent and all and we talked on line but she only lives like 10 to 15 miles away! So.... And to call her on the phone doesn't cost me a dime being her area and mine get each other as a free zone so... but still sad I miss talkin to her even online!! HA!

On the book... man you've got a question this time I can't anser! I learned the hard way! By plain pictures not saying a thing about the loco's! But Ummm I'm sure one of the other guys can help you tho, being I'm not to much on book knowledge and all the different ones.. It would be a different story if you asked about a specific railroad... :D Namingly the B&O or Western Maryland etc... :D

Opps, sorry you's 2... I didn't realize what I was saying with the internet relationship... I didn't mean it in a bad way... I just wasn't thinking.. Anyway, Its good you 2 will meet and all tho! I've met a few that I know from online and all but nothing spectacular or anything, just friends from different locations in the US that were close and all so... But I wish you both the best tho... I know alot of people think that the internet relationship thing doesn't work but its possible. Anythings possible and I believe that too... You both have to work at it to make it work...

Its just I have friends thats went through alot of internet relationships and its more or less like torement at times... you get into the whole thing and as time passes you want more, ya know? Its like making your own self toreture worse then it already may be... but I had 2 internet relationships and they were more or less torement to me and her as well and we just stoped it and stayed friends... And still are friends... But I wish you both the best of it all... I'm sorry I said what I said, I didn't realize what I was actually saying and all with you 2 and forgot all about you being an over the net relationship... Opps sorry about that!

John, you've got a lotta years ahead for saying the "wrong" things to a woman, especially your better half. Believe me, I'm an expert.

    John Not a problem....

Ok Back to business!! Here is a link for some commuter (passenger cars in the Chicago area., These just happen to be the BN line. There are three pictures the first is a true Burlington Coach!!
The second was a car built and aquired by the WSMTD (Predicessor to Metra) in 1973. These cars can be identified by the absence of the letter board above the doors (look at the previous Picture) It is also a cab car for push pull service. The train always pushes into chicago and pulls out.
The last picture is a coach car but was bought by Metra in the mid 1980s and was built to Milwaukee Road Specs. (Barb are you listening? Commuter Cars [IMG]

But also Alicia, the better half, she sees and reads when shes visting or stays for the weekend and all so.. But she isn't a memober theough, she reads under my membership, but doesn't type anything out... :D Being if she did you'd know her to me just by the difference and all in typing and words I'm sure I got my own way and all and made it for a "stay" that everyone knows so.... But I hope to get her computer up and running again and get her a ISP and all so.. Then I'm going back to talking her into joining.... And knowiung my luck, be in the N scale forum alot..
