Nice video Thieu. That's the first time we seen all the way around your layout. I can't wait to see how the unfinished side turns out when you get all the scenery down. Keep up the great work!

Very well done. You really captured the flavor of Z scale. I hope other folks in other scales will take a gander and finally realize that Z is here and here to stay. Loren
Thanks I want to thank you for posting these videos of the NTS. I had planned on attending but my job, being so un-predictable, had me working during that time. I appreciate all who have posted photos and videos of the NTS. They can in no way equal the same thing as being there in person, but at least we all get to see what we missed. I would like to also thank Randy Smidt who, at about 12 noon Central Time, called to tell me the great news that the NTS in 2013 was scheduled to be in Atlanta. Of course 12 noon for me is like 12 mid-night for all you Day Walkers!!! LOL (It's a Wesley Snipes/Blade thing) Needless to say I couldn't go back to sleep, the excitement was over joying!!! 2013 gives me time to work on my modules!!!! Again, Thanks to everyone who has posted NTS related stuff here and on the other Z Forums!!! Hobo Tim

Cuyahoga debut at Merseyside model railway exhibition After thrashing about like a madman for the week leading up to the show we made our debut with 'Cuyahoga' our new Nickel plate road layout at the Pacific Arts Centre, Birkenhead. The night before I was still applying Matt varnish to the L1 Hudson and puting the blue paint on two of the coaches and had to stand them on the dashboard of the car in a clear plastic box in the sun to get them to dry! The two AZL GP7s performed faultlessly all weekend but we had terrible problems with heat expansion as we had been sited upstairs on a balcony close to all of the stage lighting see video...I will edit and add more later
Kevin, the layout looks great. The ships are stunning. I cant believe how much work you did on the layout in such short period. Well done!
Cuyahoga As promised here is some more footage of Cuyahoga in action at the Merseyside model railway show . Watching it now I seem to be running the L1 4-6-4 Hudson a bit fast and those NKP coaches need the blue toning down a bit! Here are shots from behind the layout showing the hidden sidings this is a still showing the layouts appearance as a whole Angie is busy reading the Sunday morning paper before we open to the public
