    The black & yellow color scheme was used primarily on freight engines prior to the introductionof the O/W scheme. The red color was used primarily on the E-units, although a handful suffered the indignity of being painted O/W near the end of passenger service.

    <font color="336633">This is going to be the brown one, I shall post a couple of photos of the rebuilt hi cube waffle side as soon as I get the new waffles on.

    Here is a link to the prototype (although this has a replacement door).

    here is a couple of shots of what I done so far.

    No doubt a few comments about ME painting a Burlington Northern Boxcar in Frisco...... :rolleyes:

    I have fitted KD 58's and Kato trucks to this one.
