Well I have been on a 7pm Guntersville job, so I have been sleeping days, working nights, but today, with the help of my girlfriend, I did manage to add the bracing to the bench work I have done. What a huge difference in stability! I layed out two more 8ft 2X4's end to end to see how far they reach. Going to have to get back to the lumber mill soon.
There's Kimberly. Not only does she clean the house, but now she's cleaning my train room. Look at how nice she is wrapping that cord!
Make sure Home Depot doesn't run out of wood. With the space you have, you may have to special order.
With the help of Kimberly, we finished another 8X3' section. This is 24X3' of finished benchwork so far.
I hope you are taking her to dinner. Kimberly - If, (since you are probably reading this under a pseudonym), he isn't let us know. We will twist his arm.
Maintained 54" asle so far. It will look much better with paneling along the walls with ATSF pictures.
And last...but not least...myself standing next to the benchwork after a day of cutting wood, watching football, and a quick trip for more screws at the Hardware store.
