This GP35 first found my lens in 1981. This is her painted as WP 3017 in the San Francisco bay area: She became UP 795 at some point, then KYLE 2503, and finally wound up as Arizona Eastern 2503. I got a chance to ride behind her last weekend after 28 years: She now pulls a short excursion train called the Copper Spike Excursion out of the ex-SP station in Globe, AZ.
Wow, I must have been standing a few feet to the left of where you were when you took that photo of the tunnel.
