They gave me a hat to wear......the shirt was my own mdification to an ATN shirt I had, thanks to iron-on patch won on EBay. LOL
I dunno..... I fully expected to see a permanant ear to ear toothy type grin on that Engineer !!! LOL ;-)
Why not ? !!! LOL We all know ya are !!! BTW...I can see a hint of a smirk and a hint of cockyiness...so thats ok then....LMAO !! have fun with em Jerry...Congrats !!!
Jerry, you obviously are taking this testing and evaluation program much too seriously. You need to lighten up a bit and enjoy this job more....LOL
Who said you cant have fun at 0130am? Odenville AL night shot of Z390 heading to Birmingham with over 12,000 tons. Some cheeseball in the cab......
Comeon 'Cheeseball'...admit it.. At the of every shift you get out a new/clean shop rag and wipe everything down as you get out of the seat. You even wipe the fingerprints off the door latches as you exit the cab! You meticulously wipe down the handrails as you step off the thing! You then walk about 20 paces...turn around...and grin like a kid in a candy store ! LMAO ! I know I did when I was driving truck and got my new Peterbilt !!
You sure you want that Jerry ?? Just think...if our models derail...pick a switch...just stop for no reason...etc...etc. We are gonna be thinking of you in the cab of that thing and we will be cussing you !!! ROFLMAO !! :rats::wink:
Im going to have to start running trains at night with my sunglasses on! NS Company photographer Casey Thomason caught my train last night at Roper tunnel heading towards Gadsden with 92 cars. ACes 1203 and 1205 doing the honors.
Surprise! That must be difficult for rails to have to experience a brilliant flash out of nowhere (in the middle of nowhere), and lose all of your ability to see for a few moments. The result is quite striking, however.
