Here's some shots of the test fitting and it gives a good idea of how it will look. :)

There will be pipes running along both sides of the road. In this photo, the pipes on the left of the road will be the simulated lines running out to the ships, and the ones on the right will have supports and girders and angle off towards the buildings. (That really wont be there.)

Did more sanding on the gas tank, and all evidence of my fingers is gone. :)

I got the concrete painted on the sea barrier. Still have more rocks to add. Had to wait till it was painted to move forward. :)

This is going to be a good disguise for trains coming and going I think.

Plenty of clearance on the girders. Could even come down some, but better safe then sorry. If a double stack can go under it, anything can. :)

Each of the lines on the concrete supports is a piece that can be removed/added, so it looks like I could remove two and still be safe with the height of the girders.

I'll mess with it more tomorrow after church and see what looks better before gluing it all together.

Jerry, it's looking good! May I suggest a dim light bulb behind the bridge to kill the black hole effect, and just a litle hint of ground level scenery to make it feel like the world goes on beyond there....
I love the pillars...whose the those?

I was hoping it would Mike. :) You ever see something and think right away....I can use that 'here'? LOL Well thats what I thought as soon as I saw it on EBay. I have a big cardboard box I throw all my extra, scrap, and broken pieces from kits into. Never know when you might be able to use something here or there. These are some of the pieces I have dug out that I will use for the pipe girders and other fillers here and there.

These will carry pipes on the right of the road across the tracks somehow. Not going for perfection, just the cluttered, busy look of a refinery.

And with a regular piggyback. I think it looks better lower, even though the actual bridge wont be seen. The supports will be seen.

This is just balanced on there right now, it will be straighter when glued on. Pipes will run through this.
