ACTRR my be dismantled and re-constructed

I plan to raise the sub terrain up a little as well as the bridge.

Here is what I accomplished today. I was able to get the bridge painted, get this striping but on, and get the weathering done. I think it is complete now, I just need to get the roads in the city done.

Rick , I started with Poly Scale Concrete and worked in some Grimmey Black as I went along so the top got darker and darker. I will eventually drybrush with light gray and spray the whole area with Dust.
