Ken, You could be correct. The areas and train watching hot spots that are north of Redding, CA., is not something I'm familiar with. So, your guess or thoughts on the spelling is as good as or better then mine.
Jim had a chance to get out of the truck and take some pictures. Can you spot the location for this scene. Where's Jim157 - RailImages.com
If I'm correct, it's purely accidental. I was looking at troop car info a short while back, and happened to recall a similar view. I think... Boxcab E50
Sorry abt not posting but, work has me in training again for some more goverment regulations. Just what i need more rules oh well what can u do but shake your head and go. Bottom line i think it will raise the prices in the store. I already have over a thousand pages of regs for this job. Here is an oldie but goodie good luck.
Edited add on: Ken, I just heard from Jim, yes it's one of his photos and you are correct. Right on! You nailed it again. No accident here.
There will be more pictures as we go along. Jim is out of a week long seminar and is back on the road. I'm in the middle of several things here and will need to concentrate on getting them done. So, as soon as I or Jim can we will get some more rail fan shots up for your enjoyment.
Loveland, Co I was just there two week ago... by the way, this is one of the oldest SP unrebuild GP 35. very rare!!!
I did not know that. Very good that is where i found that. They were shooting a film there with that unit a week later.
It looks like a site I have seen, somewhere. I cannot bring anything forth from the cobwebs.... Boxcab E50
LOL You got's it. Can you tell me if this viaduct is on the uphill track or on the downhill track? If you can, then you should be able to tell us what community Jim is driving through. Any takers out there?
Well after the weekend back 2 work here is another picture for you to work over. Thanks for fixing it Rick.
Here we go: 00169 - RailImages.com You can learn something new every day. I didn't know, I could move one of your pictures. How about that?
