New Keystone and KS Aisle

Installing Tortoises on all turnouts along the left side of the picture lets an operator stand in the Keystone aisle (located just right of center) but perform switching on the far side (to the left) of the New Keystone buildings. Old Keystone is in the distance on the right, and CIM staging yard in Havana is on the 48" level below the Old KS buildings. Eventually, CIM's Havana rail/barge coal transfer facility will be modeled on the lower level. The tail end of the IC staging tracks from Mattoon are barely visible at the lower part of the picture.
