OK, John, Bill, Peirce, et al, things have been too quiet on the STEAM front. How about we share some more steam photos? This is one of my favorites from last year on the McCloud that I haven't published here before. [ 10. June 2003, 04:35: Message edited by: fitz ]

that was great loved them all!!! Now here is a question I know some one out there can answer. I need a photo of a steam eng. that would have ran on the BN line through Northern Illinois. I am involved in a model train club and I want to buy a model like would have been found on the BN. Help. Duane P.S I dodn't know how to add a photo so you will just have to email me and ask for one.
Duane, check out George Elwood's "Fallen Flags" site at Fallen Flags or email me. Gil, nice shot of 2472. I still have that great one you sent me of the A, J and Y on the N&W. I can put it up on here if you would like.
Well, its not our shay, but just as good Fitz! Here's a good one my friend Kevin Olson took a few weeks ago at the Ohio Central trip. Doubleheaded steam with a Northern (or Confederation, whichever one is politically correct) and a Pacific! WHAT GETS BETTER THAN THAT?!?!? Hayes S.
Here's one you will recognize Fitz Taken 11 May 2003 on the trestle over Lake Britton, Siskiyou County, CA.

Hayes, your photo shows up as the dreaded "red X". I see you linked to TO and sometimes they block viewing, like at certain times of the day. Email me a copy and I'll put it on for you. fitzrr@pioneer.net Here is Hayes' shot of the Ohio Central 1293/6325 doubleheader on May 31, 2003. [ 06. January 2004, 05:13: Message edited by: fitz ]
