What about using USPS Priority? USPS - Priority Mail Prices When I was doing ship kits I used their packaging (free) and shipping cost was straight forward...you can fit a lot in a $4.95 box. This might take the mystery out of all this. Just an idea.

Joe, Ztrack is using USPS priority mail for all shipments. The problem is insurance. Due to the value, we always send with insurance which raises the rate considerably. At the end of the day, it costs what it costs. It is not about a few cents extra profit. It is about delivering an item and guaranteeing that it arrives safely, undamaged, etc. No one likes to pay shipping. It is an added cost, but it is a fact of life. I think we have illustrated that Ztrack is in line with other companies with our shipping costs. So time to move this forward. We have lost site of a new product line. We have missed the whole point that Bob Marrotta is offering an excellent series of new products. I think it is time to get back to the point at hand. Anyone is welcome to stop by the Ztrack offices and pickup their orders in person. Of course we will have to charge 6.75% sales tax then. :)

Based on Chris's note, we have changed our pricing tier so two cars will be the lower $9 tier, not the higher $12 shipping tier. This base tier now extends to orders of $68 instead of $65. I appreciate Chris bringing this to my attention. We would have adjusted on the back end anyways, but now it is straight forward when you order.
