Is there a way to import what I have created on RTS into the xtrkcad program? I am modifying a mikes layout to fit my space and want to see if it will work. I have attached both before and after so you can get an idea of what I am doing. fell free to critique it and help with anything you want. This is N scale if anyone cares
I tried to do the same thing with a different RTS plan and couldn't find an import/export option. I finally just sat down and started from scratch in xtrkCAD and did it. It was my first layout using xtrkCAD and it turned out to be a really good learning experience for me. Even if you could export a neutral file out of RTS I don't think it would translate correctly into xtrkCAD. I think the Atlas software is fine if you're only using Atlas stuff, but I needed to mix & match a couple different brands of track to get what I wanted.
