I hate to ask, but Atlas complete decorated shells are only $18, how much more economical are you looking for?

Hopefully less. Every once in a while you see some decorated shells go for less on eBay so I am just asking...............Plus ordering from Atlas is a PITA since they have to contact you with shipping charges. I tried calling today and was sent to someone's voicemail.

What do you mean by Atlas contacts you with shipping charges? I never had to deal with that...I just ordered online, shipping showed up in the cart, (pretty sure?) and they showed up a couple days later. (actually 1 day later with the GP40's I ordered!)

Anyway, I watch eBay for shells (daily search alerts set for "shell") and I can tell you they rarely go for much cheaper if any. On occasion yes but not sure if it's worth the trouble, but if you have time and patience you might save a couple of bucks. Since you truly don't care about roadname that will help.
