Please help me figure which NCE decoders to fit the following: HO Atlas C40-8w Kato SD70mac Kato AC4400 Proto 2k SD45 Proto 2k 2-8-8-2 Riv Allegheny Will the D13sr/j work or should I be more specific in the matching of decoder to loco? Thanks a bunch
The D13SR is a hard wired decoder. Looking at the large sizes of your locomotives, I am sure that you can find room to installl this decoder. If you go to the NCE webpage, look at the list of decoders and the list of locomotives supported by the other decoders. The other decoders may be an easier install in some of the locomotives.
