I sure like that picture! Don't see many night shots. I haven't made any, myself. Is it a time exposure?
No, it was more luck than anything! Just taken on a standard 3 mill pixel camera on a tripod. I know nothing much about photography but was pleased with the shot and thought id share it! whoppit
