What's up with the Security certificate being expired

    the last 3 days i have not been able to access this site on my verizon phone no problems up till now i've re-updated my phone 6 times and i keep getting security certificate expired i'm only able to get to the libray very seldom as i use my phoen for most thungs on this site but if i can't even get on here without having to go to the library what's the use of posting please help me understand what this issue is about as it's not my phone as verizon and i have gone round and round over this they say it's coming from your end so what next ??????????????? confused

    We don't use a security certificate. If you are speaking of a SSL type certificate like a site that has a shopping cart that accepts credit cards, etc., we do not use that for any reason on TrainBoard. So, if that is the error you are getting, it is not on our end. Usually an expired certificate relates a a site that uses a Secure Socket Layer and did not renew their certificate when the bill came due.

    If that is not the error you are getting, let us know. As discussed the site can be accessed mobile, most easily using Tapatalk at this time.

    We will help you if we can but the problem as you have described it is not something that relates to the site.
