It used to be called "crop rotation". My Grandma had an asparagus (YUK !!!) field. Every 2-3 years something different would be planted to rejuvenate the soil (feed corn, soy beans), then back to asparagus (YUK !!!). Guess that's why I have I have so many $30 grain cars !!! Remember the OP ???
