All you large scale folks out there – or who ever….. I was planning to do this site update in April but I got a little ahead of myself. Probably a good thing because I’m already laying roadbed and ballast outside with plans for running trains sometime in March. Then, for a few months anyway, there won’t be a lot of time for Interior Division activities apart from updating and servicing rolling stock on those rainy days. You’ll find a visit to the town of Pearson on the “What’s New” pages. As I point out in the story, I hardly use my old SLR anymore, and certainly no black and while film, but pictures like these are kind of fun to look at once in a while. See www.wvrr.ca Enjoy. Dave
Dave, great job. I like the black and white photos. We are use to seeing steam era in black and white, its nice to se a newer area in black and white. Neat idea.
Thanks Sean. But I must clarify. These are your garden variety digital pics, in colour, but I ran them through Adode for 'atmosphere'. If I actually knew what I was doing in b&w they'd be a lot better. Fun though. Dave
Winter is really nothing here. We had two or three nights when it went below freezing - and I shoveled my driveway twice - but even that's all behind us now. Actually I was pruning the peach trees this morning and washing the spiders etc out of the sprinkler system. I was also instructed to get some fishpond stuff out of the greenhouse this afternoon so darn little 'trains' got done. Anyway my extra MRC is being used at a train show this weekend so I'll get some power to the tracks when that gets back home. Dave
