I would have a spur coming off into a Station/Railroad Museum!!! You could have an old station refurbished into a nice new looking building. Have one track adjacent the station (along the front edge?) where you could stage steam excursions onto your layout, and it could also be an Amtrak facility as well!!! Then you could have a couple of other short spurs branching off to house steam locomotives, passenger cars, etc. Then there could also be static displays of steam, diesel, traction, freight cars, etc. [ 27.
